It was brought to my attention through our Facebook Group (TiVo.Innovate) that some users have experienced issues when logging into TiVo.com, online.tivo.com or TiVo mobile apps if they have a special character in their email address; e.g. [email protected]. If the user had special characters in their email address they would not be able to log in rendering access impossible.

I'm happy to report that we have resolved the issue. The update made yesterday now allows any of the following characters to be used before the "@domain.xx" to be used in the email address- abcdefg.hijklmnopqrstuvwxyz!#$%&'*/=?^_+-`{|}~0123456789
