Sorry don't have TE4 here, but not sure what you mean that the home shortcuts are out of order numerically? That screenshot seems to show the default fixed shortcuts at the top of the list (I did see posts where Search has been moved from 3 to 5 for some reason) and ones that are available for shortcuts at the bottom.
Hmmm, maybe that's it that the Search option moved. I also noticed that on my Roamio device as well later that same night. So weird why they would suddenly allow a user defined app before one of the built in apps. Not good for people with OCD!
