Is there anyway I can take the TIVO hard drive out and do some kind of health check on it using my computer? Like Defrag, scan disk, etc....

The TIVO network does not work, won't stream to other tivo mini, don't record anything new, etc....

Usually connecting your TiVo HD to a Windows PC isn't a good idea. Windows can write things to it that can make it not work in the TiVo.

Possibly one of the KickStart Codes might get you fixed up, if there's a software issue.

There is a PC program that can check just about any drive and any operating system. "SpinRite"
