Tivo Guide

We recently started having the lower channels (2-99) duplicated on the guide, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4 etc. Each one is assigned to cbl, not digital and each one works.

The only change we've made recently is to switch from phone connection to net connection.

I've tried rebooting tivo but it doesn't help.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Connect to the TiVo service again. Maybe it will help sort out the TiVo's confusion.

No. Rebooting the TiVo will not have it make a connection. To force a connection go to the TiVo Menu --> Messages & Settings --> Settings --> Phone & Network --> Connect to TiVo Service.
