When I try to install Tivo Desktop 2.5 it states I have 2.3 installed and it must be uninstalled before the new program can be installed. I click yes to uninstall and it doesn't work. I tried uninstalling through the control panel and it also doesn't work. I tried deleting the directory out of the program files directory and it still states I have 2.3... any suggestions?

I can uninstall previous version fine but then the installer hangs up on the install screen and nothing happens. Anyone having any issues?

I had the same hangup on removing the old version. But I found if I shutdown the computer and restarted the old version had been removed and I could install 2.5 version.
