Tivo Desktop 1.5 with Vista

What a pain Vista is being! I've got Tivo Desktop 2.5 running on Windows Vista Ultimate, and from my Tivos I can see the movies on the drive (Divx and other downloaded video and home movies. When I try to transfer one it never works and I think it's Vista's networking thats stopping it. Anybody know the step-by-step to get it going? Thanks! :)
