As its been reported the the UK website has disappeared is the customer service line still active? If so, what is the number?
Reason I ask is that I was upgrading a TiVo yesterday, all fine, took it through the guided set up to make sure that the thing worked ok before I flog it on and noticed that the account status said something like Account Closed, please call . to re-activate. Now I am sure that once where there was a dot there was a phone number... Spooky

thats not the drive you mentioned yesterday , using hooch is it?

I used HOOCH several months ago and the image that it creates is a closed account , running full guided set up correctly set my box,

Yes, the image was taken from a machine with a closed account (my 'test' machine).

Making a test call will reset the account status onscreen if that is required.

Yeah. I realised this. But I did do a full guided setup afterwards. Coincidentally, the box I have I closed the account on it some years ago...

Sorry, i see your main point is the missing phone number, conspiracy theories begin :)
