TiVo CS phone line outage

We are currently experiencing a phone outage that is affecting our call centers. Currently our lines are down. We are working hard on getting this resolved as quickly as we can.

I'm told lines are back up but we will be experiencing longer hold times as a result.

The ARU answers, but then I am sent to a voice mailbox which first asks for me to record a message and then says the mailbox is full.

You mean to say the hold times are not long enougth as they are?
