I'm pretty sure Tivo violated all of those rules at some point. There new logo doesn't look anything like the old one though.

It actually looks like they stole it from Roboform and added antenna and feet.

I like how Gracenote is listed among "partners" and that was a few years ago. .

FWIW, when TiVo ended its logo being a "character" also cued the really downhill direction of TiVo and its new corporate attitude: not a friendly customer experience, etc.
