TiVo Bolt+ Guide displays Title Not Available on many key channels

I've seen on other threads that it's not uncommon to see Title Not Available but the Clear Program Data and To Do List plus redoing guided setup did not fix my problem completely. A lot of key channels still don't have information. Tech support as usual no help. I have three different bolts with similar issues. I called tech support first time because the precommercial when starting shows would sometimes cause one TiVo to crash. Also trying to start Hulu and Prime caused crashes. Support put in to remove the advertising. That solved the crashes. Around the same time I got a TiVo notice about several channel lineup updates from Spectrum. Somewhere in there this Title Not Available situation appeared. Multiple Reset to defaults to clear program data and guided setups and multiple days allowed to let guide catchup has not worked. Thoughts?
