Tivo Bolt Drive Failure / Replace

Help- I replaced the failed drive in my BOLT (it had the flashing lights of death) with a new 2TB drive. I booted and seems to hang on the Starting Up... screen. Have looked around the forums but don't know what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.

Chances are you are on the newer GUI (TE4) and it is picky on what drives it will boot with.

There is a list of drives that work and don't work on the forum here. Just have to do a little searching.
