Tivo and Amazon

I have my Tivo connected to my Amazon account, but I do not know the password or username for that Amazon account. I now want to associate it with my new Amazon unbox account, but I can only associate it with one Amazon account. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to remedy it? There is no info on either website about "unassociating" a Tivo from unbox.

It appears that you unassociate the TiVo from within the Amazon account. I just did it (and had a bit of trouble re-associating it, mind you).

How did you connect your TiVo to your Amazon account if you don't know the password for that account? BTW, the username for an Amazon account is your email address.

I must be fried... I had 2 email addresses and neither of them work with the Tivo, though it says that my tivo is already associated with one account. Also, seems impossible to get a phone number of Unbox.... Thanks for your help.. any other suggestions? :)
