Time Warner new guide, and now no audio on some channels

TIme Warner did an upgrade to the guide overnight (was yellow, now blue). Now, some channels have no audio on TiVo. If I put the TV on non TiVo side, the audio is fine on all channels. Any ideas? Channels with no audio are Msnbc, Bravo, CourtTv, NatGeo, and more. Time Warner phones are busy, busy, busy. And I'm not sure they will do anything since non-TiVo is fine.
