Is Snarf in this version? 
I missed this when it aired do to a cable outage, but caught it on demand. I though it was a good re-imagining of the series. On par with the newer He-man that came out a few years back.
As for some of the questions in the thread:
Snarf is in this version, but he's not Lion-O's nurse maid like in the original. He doesn't even talk, he just says "Snarf". He's basically a pet (he's kind of like a Pokemon ).
In the original Lion-O's chamber broke during the trip to Third Earth which is why he aged. He was originally the same age as Wiley Kit and Kat. Speaking of which, the same voice actor who played Lion-O in the original played his father in this version. I thought that was a nice throw back to the original. There were actually a few throw backs such as Cheetara's battle stance action sequence and Panthro's nunchucks.
This version is a lot more dark than the original, though now that I think back planetary destruction is pretty dark. The animation is definitely a lot better in this version, but all 80's animation was pretty bad.

I found myself last week, wondering if the Berbils would be introduced in the new series. I'm either psychic or pathetic.
I wonder if all the Berbils will sound like Siri or Stephen Hawking?
