Second problem first, right click on link, click on open in new tab.
First problem, was the word "here" double underlined? If so, that's not a real hyperlink, it's advertising masquerading as a hyperlink.
Second problem first, right click on link, click on open in new tab.For example, I tried to log in for the first time in about 3 years, and my UserName/Password were no longer recognized. I got "Click here if you forgot your password", but when I put my cursor on it a Verizon bubble appears on it; if I click it all I can get to is a screen wanting to sell me a Verizon hotspot. I got to a line about contacting the Adminstrator; clicking that set me up to send email to an invalid email address.
I had to establish a brand new registration to get in here.
For another example: When I entered a thread title to report a problem with Channel Banner display time, I got a list headed "Here are the similar threads we found:" All looked pertinent; I viewed the first one, and could find NO WAY to get back to the others. I tried entering the thread all over again, but that list didn't appear that time.
use your brower to go back to the original new thread title, then put anything in the upper title, just to make it different, then click down in the message area, and it will bring up other threads that might apply.I use this all the time to look for threads that might help me. The search feature on this website is almost worthless compared to this other method that works very good. For another example: When I entered a thread title to report a problem with Channel Banner display time, I got a list headed "Here are the similar threads we found:" All looked pertinent; I viewed the first one, and could find NO WAY to get back to the others.
