...at least as of a few days ago, I saw The Nine on the VERY end of the To Do list on one of my Tivos.
So it looks like ABC is airing the unaired eps of The Nine..
not at 2AM (like Kidnapped), and hopefully not scheduled then yanked (like Drive). Though at least Kidnapped is on DVD too (still debating whether to watch the NBC eps or just rent the DVD)
