Anyone else watch this one?

During the intro, with the different music, my wife asked me "what is this song?".

I said that I didn't recognise it, but she googled the lyrics and found out it was from Perfect Strangers. We were so confused, but also less surprised when Mark Linn-Baker showed up.

Anyhow, now we know for sure where Lily went. I was actually glad it was a pretty conventional plot line.

Is there any chance that this radiation thing is actually legit?

I still don't understand *exactly* why Kevin is doing the plastic bag thing. Also, Nora's laughing fit when he brought up the baby was a little over-done, but understandable given that Tom told her that he hadn't given Lily to her, but to Kevin (his Dad) instead.

How did Kevin's Dad end up in Australia?

I recognized the music immediately so was not surprised to hear Mark-Linn Baker's voice. Pretty clever call-back to the first season mention of Perfect Strangers.

The radiation thing could be legit in the sense that they did detect it at the scene of the departed. I'd say there's basically zero chance the thing she's doing isn't a scam. I also thought it was strange to call those videos "testimonials" -- they were just people saying they were doing the program, not that it in any way succeeded.

I think we are supposed to wonder if Kevin is killing himself and coming back to life or not. We still don't know. We only saw him rip the bag open when Nora arrived. No idea if he does it the other times.

They mentioned his dad being in Australia last episode but I can't remember if they elaborated much.

But we only have Mark Linn-Baker's word that the radiation thing is legit. (That was a weird sentance to type.) The show doesn't make it sound like there is any sort of agreement about these "findings" by the Swiss "scientists."

Kevin adopted Chris.
Christine gave birth to Lilly and abandoned her.
Chris left Lilly for Kevin and Nora took over as her mother.
As far as I remember - some crazy lady grabbed Lilly and dropped her on the bridge stampede but Nora got back to her...
and that was all we knew until this episode when we find out...
Christine sued for custody and got her back...
Do I have that right?

This was another Nora episode. There was an episode in 1st season were she carries the whole show.

It was cool with the perfect strangers connections. Glad they got Mark to appear. I didn't know he went to Yale.

I don't understand the bag over Kevin's head either. It has to do with him dying, tho.

I wonder if they will have season 2 opening theme song come back.

I think you mean Tommy. Chris is the actor's name.

Yup, they never formally adopted Lilly so Christine sued for custody and Nora didn't contest it.

The woman that Nora interviews - the wife of the guy on the tower - that was the same woman from the football field that told Matt to hit the guy with the oar (the guy who said "...and he has to say Brian when he does it!!!"). I didn't recognize her the first time.
