Seems almost random. The episode is correct on Gracenote, but TiVo and CBS Interactive for my zipcode show it as a repeat (minus the R) from 2017. My 1P does not put it into my TDL. It might change tomorrow, but just something to check.

Not totally random. Tonight's guest is Lena Waithe, who previously appeared as a guest on on October 18th, 2017, during a special week called "Undesked: Chicago 2017" -- still annoying, just not completely random.

Guide update fixed the error. Also changed is the description for The Tonight Show. see: Skip not available on shows recorded tonight and they have added the DOW and date within the description.
