Is the accused murderer anyway related to JK Simmons?

The victim was the second-biggest divorce attorney in LA, with lots of celebrity clients who thus automatically become suspects, especially in the eyes of the press. At least, that's how they explained it in the episode, and being old enough to remember OJ, I can see that they have a point...

Well, I'm glad to hear this was a 2-parter; I thought my DVR quit too soon.

Thanks to bad guide data, my HR10 didn't record last night's episode. The guide skipped the 9pm showing on TNTHD, interestingly the ch 245 version was listed. So I see that it is repeated tonight at 10, schedule that one and then next week's gets removed from the To Do List because the description for next week is identical to last night's. So I force it to record that ep as well.

So beware of the messed up guide data.

Oh yeah, I wish they would tone down Brenda's lipstick.

Why doesn't Brenda wear a uniform?

Pope is in one, the commander is in one and not her?

I thought she had toned down her lipstick?

I didn't realize it was a 2 part episode.

I'm enjoying the episode so far. Nice to see what happens when Brenda doesn't get a confession and things go wrong, i.e. the search warrant.

I was a little shocked it was a two parter! I kept thinking, my tivo didn't get the end of the show, there just wasn't enough time left. And then it said to be continued..... I was a bit relieved my tivo did in fact get it and then slightly annoyed I had to wait a week for the rest!!

Very puzzling. Both my TiVo and my HR-20 recorded the episode at 2100 just fine, and next week's episode is the queue on both machines (I just got my HR-20, so I'm still weeding out the duplicates). Both are set for first-run episodes only.

Just goes to show that you have to keep monitoring these things to make sure they stay honest.

I'm sure I'm not alone in being annoyed when two-parters aren't announced as such. If they were, I'd wait to watch them. PVR owners don't get no respect.

Every episode of this show I watch makes me like Brenda less and less.

Darned if I didn't ask the same question. His looks, mannerisms and voice are very similar to Simmons'.

Kind of boring compared to some of the episodes this season. I hope there's some serious lunacy in the second episode. I don't like all the artificial tension they are introducing with fritz.

I was also disappointed... Or more accurately, I am disappointed so far...there's still 50% of the finale left...

The recent ep where they get shot up in the car was great... My thought at that point was "as great as this episode is, I can't wait for what they have planned for us in the finale"...

The show has been a disappointment this year.
