The link I included says specifically 11:30 p.m. on October 8. I can't find a schedule that far out on the Adult Swim website, but zap2it.com shows something else at that time slot on the channel. It is a mystery.

Am I correct in thinking that the so-called Adult Swim "sister channel" is actually a time block on the Cartoon Network? I have never heard of it as a separate channel.

Thank you balboa dave for the McGruder fix. Maybe an ARWL is the way to go...

My favorite hip-hop podcast, mixtapeshow.net, did an episode a couple of weeks back where the host encountered "White Jesus" after his podcast finished 2nd in some popularity contest to a Christian music podcast. I chuckled and thought of Uncle Ruckus.

I seem to remember parents groups complaining enough in the 90s to get the government to require that all TVs have that "V-chip" to blok shows based on ratings. I know Cartoon Network rates all of their shows. So why, exactly, should the channel limit itself to kid-friendly programming?

Oh, that's right... Lazy parents...

Ok, now The Boondocks is in the guide! Yeah! COM is apparently showing the first season as well.

My wife tells me that, on the HR10, she had to look for "THE BOONDOCKS" in the title search or else it would not come up. On the HR20 it shows under "BOONDOCKS, THE".

Even during the day, Cartoon Network is about as kid-friendly as a Coke, Big Mac, and fries. A lot of their programming is garbage for any age group.

Besides, you have Season Passes and Kids Zone. Forget about channels.

Uncle Ruckus is the antagonise of the show. He has to use him but sometimes, when he uses him, he doesn't use him to his full potential. I think they need to use Tom and his wife more often. The wife gets no play on the show compared to the comic strip days. She was pretty interesting in the beginning of the strip.

Snoop and 50 Cent (I'm not sure if that was him, I"m going to have to watch the credit) were pretty funny...

Well, well, well! The Boondocks has returned for a fourth season on Comedy Central! I just happened to notice it in an ad emailed from Vudu. I missed the first episode. Recordings set up for the rest.
