It's really interesting how like people are attracted to each other... Leo and Alana are born to be with each other... I really liked watching them, and respected their game play...especially since they are outside of this unhealthy 5 person alliance... Yeah, Leo was a little too salty for too long on that yield... But I really don't blame him for harboring those feelings... I am not quite sure why the boyfriends are so passionately working against Leo and Alan besides the truck decorating episode where they helped the blondes... Again, I guess both sides are being a little petty... But generally speaking, I hate to see Leo and Alana go... I thought they were entertaining, and I actually hate the dynamics and the game play of this new-style TAR alliance...
Love the blonde sisters... They just seem to fumble around and continue to survive, and they have a good spirit about them... As others have said, they are terrible at the game...but things are stacked up against them even more that they are not part of this stupid 5-team alliance... Ugh...
I wonder how they would have handled the producers would have handled the speed bump if the bearded guys were the last team to arrive on the previous leg, and they had to do the speed bump... For some reason, this was bothering me while I was watching the whole episode... What if!
The football players do need to figure out how to manage their perception that they are always takers and never givers... Even in normal life you need to manage these perceptions and ensure proper reciprocation, etc... I am a little shocked that football players wouldn't know this immediately... It's something that I would think would come naturally to people that have grown up playing team sports...
Loving this season, but the 5-person TAR alliance is kind of ruining it for me... I hope this doesn't become a trend... And I hope that if it does, that the producers put rules in place that will disallow egregious sharing (cheating) between teams... If you need to unscramble words, and that's a part of the challenge, I think you should be unscrambling words...period... Maybe each team needs to unscramble a different set of letters (which of course would require a different implementation of the challenge)...
