Suggestions on Elite

My Elite was set up to record suggestions. I noticed they were on the SD channels. I turned off suggestions, then went in to channels and unchecked most of the SD channels. Turned suggestions back on. Now it is still recording suggestions on SD channels that are unchecked. My only guess is that it sets up a recording list in advance and does not update it when you make changes. Anyone else observe this, and does it go away eventually?

I'm seeing this same behavior, but on a TiVo Premiere XL set up on 12/25. Even today, it is still recording suggestion on SD channels that I unchecked three days ago in "Channels I Receive."

Does this behavior correct itself in time or is it indicative of a larger problem?

I personally haven't seen that (mine Tivo records only from those channels I selected as having), but my guess is that it hasn't flushed the downloaded information for those shows (since it came down before your changes). There is about 12 days of guide data, so if it keeps going after that definitely post back here.

This might just be a coincidence, but I went back to the channel list and hit "Done" (which I may not have done before), and ever since then it's recording only HD suggestions.

If you don't hit "done" I don't think it saves the changes. I did that once before and just exited out. when I came back to the channel lineup none of my changes were there.
