StreamBaby question - choppy playback of MP4 files

I've encoded a few of my Blu Ray's as a MP4 file, they can be viewed perfectly fine on my PC using VLC Media Player (choppy playback in Windows Media Player).

Playback on my TiVo Premiere's is choppy though. I'm using the latest StreamBaby release on my Windows Home Server 2011 setup. The Tivo's Premiere units are connected to the network physically. One is using MoCA and the other one is using ethernet.

Here is the output from a clean start of the latest version of StreamBaby:

Should I be concered about that FFmpegJavaVideoModule message? I deleted the ffmpeg download file and the files in the native directory to allow StreamBaby to redownload and unpack any ffmpeg options.

My ini file is pretty clean, are there some settings I can enter to resolve this?

Anyone have any tips for improving the playback of highdef files? Bandwidth on my home network is not a problem; between gigabit, MoCA and wireless N I am confident that my network can handle the load.

Anyone have some StreamBaby config tips for HD formats? I would prefer to stream over copying to the unit (pyTivo).

If you want more pointers perhaps post the output of "mediainfo" utility on the video you are streaming via Streambaby.

Going on very little information obviously, but I'd hazard a guess it's something about the files themselves - too many ref frames or B-frames, a profile level higher than the Tivo can handle, etc.
