Welcome to America! I take it your visit will only be of such a short duration that all you will be able to see is San Francisco? (I see you did say, "A couple of days.") That's too bad. Not that San Francisco is a bad city, mind you. Quite the opposite, it is a fascinating and frequently beautiful city, but America offers much, much more to see and do than can be found only in San Francisco.

Thanks - I will try and get to Best Buy. Hopefully they have one in stock. I'm new to the TiVo but the standard remote the HD model comes with here is driving me crazy!

I'm there for two days, en-route to a conference in Florida - I've travelled quite a bit in America, but thought San Francisco was a good place to hang out for a couple of days, especially if the weather turns out OK.

Thanks! I will try and call the stores before hand to check they have it in stock. The Best Buy website says it is unavailable :-(

Where is your conference in Florida? Can't you find a Bust Buy near your conference?
