still having freezes

My Comcast DVR (Moto 3400) with Tivo software still occasionally freezes. I called Comcast tech support for Tivos and she said it's a known bug and they're awaiting a code update from Tivo, but she had no eta. Has anyone heard of an update, or is the cancelled partnership stopping this?

My guess is that they have little interest in implementing any new code for these boxes. They plan to offer Premieres *soon*
