Not a huge deal, but I have to directly to the Amazon app to watch Stat Trek: Picard because TiVo/Rovi has put it in the "Not Unavailable" folder since Day 1.

I remember "The Man in the High Castle" took a few episodes before TiVo finally updated a new season....but Picard never made it. When I search for Patrick Stewart, "Picard" doesn't even show up in his TV section!

I'm uncertain whether the TiVo OnePass feature will EVER recognize CBS All Access' Picard ... until it becomes directly available via Amazon streaming, rather than via an Amazon Channel. You could always check for older premium shows available through other Amazon Channels to see if they populate in My Shows, as a test of the theory.

p.s. Man in the High Castle was an Amazon Original, so not a good comparison to CBSAA Picard.

I agree since that's dependent on them knowing that you subscribe to CBSAA through Amazon.

Right. It *should* be able to do that personalized level of delivery (let me configure my subscribed services within my cloud TiVo account, or the app), but we're lucky if they can get the general info right, nowadays, it seems.

It's starting to get better as the season wraps setting up for season 2. Should air on regular CBS not this all access crap. Not worth the money...
I'm watching Stat Trek: Picard.... but boy is it SLOW. Not sure I'll complete the season. My wife, also a big ST fan, gave up already.
As I mentioned at CBS All Access (?), I got a free month as a returning subscriber. Then when I was near canceling, I got an offer for 2 more months at half price. So, I took that.

I recently joined a couple Picard FB groups and boy... are they tiring. They're too WAY too chatty w/way too many arguments, repeated info/answers and questions from those who haven't watched any/much other previous Trek.

That said, the opinions on Picard seem pretty polarized/divided. Some guy posted about the pace/plot density being too slow (I mostly agree) and some HATER of Disco says that Disco's the worst Trek show and Disco's pace is "glacial". WTF?

Probably eps 1 to 4 of Picard show would've been covered in 2 eps of TNG. At least ep 5 had a lot of plot density. Ep 6 looked like it'd be a snoozer until the end. Ep 7 I enjoyed despite not much plot density again.

Opinion: will we see Data again in Ep 10?

OnePass barely works for the services they actually support, let alone the extended services offered via Amazon. I don't suspect this will ever work correctly.
Prime Video is the membership one, right? Not the purchase-individual-titles one.
Deleted Watchman (2009) to free up space thinking I could just eventually watch it on Prime Video. Well, I don't think it's on Prime Video and I already deleted it. If only they could be more accurate.

Apples and Oranges. They are different. One is provided directly from Amazon Prime which has integration with search and one passes etc, and the other is via an Amazon Channel from CBS All Access.

None of the Amazon Channels content come through like that but at least it's available to stream through the app.

So where do you input the code for the free month? I signed up through the Amazon Prime Video app on my Tivo and nothing asked for the code, so now all I have is the 7 day free trial.
Reading the link would have provided you the info.............

You'll need to use the code "GIFT" when you're signing up to take advantage of the offer. It'll work for both the limited commercials and ad-free plans on the service.

If you sign up using Amazon Channels, you can't use a code and you can't get a free month. This is only for the regular CBS All Access subscription and you won't be able to watch via TiVo. You'll need a Fire stick, Chromecast, etc to watch on TV.
