Slow response to remote presses

For some reason today my Premiere with the latest update is very slow to respond to my remote. I will press a button and it will do nothing for a few seconds then a blue circle starts spinning then it will do what I wanted. It doesn't happen every time but is annoying. I've had the new update for a couple weeks now.
