I recently upgraded from FireTV 2nd Gen to a FireTV Cube 2nd Gen. I installed the slingplayer app for watching my TiVo remotely (via my slingbox), but the app has one significant issue that may require me to revert back to my old FireTV. My issue is that the slingplayer app user interface stops working AFTER I make my first selection. As an example, if I choose to change the quality of the stream after starting the app, the quality changes, but I'm then unable to select any of the remaining UI options. I'm then left with only being able to use the play, stop, ff, rw buttons on the FireTV remote.

Is anyone using the slingplayer app with the FireTV Cube 2nd gen?

This actually happens on all of my FireTV 4K Sticks as well. I thought it was a SlingPlayer issue, as I am certain this is no longer supported by Sling. It's a very cloogie app now. It used to be my go to, by now I rely on Plex for all of my remote TV viewing.
