The Slide Pro remote and the Mini Vox use incompatible RF standards.
Slide Remote Pro RF with Mini VOX
I just got a replacement Mini VOX direct from TiVo. I’ve followed every set of instructions on here, and I can’t at all get the remote paired via RF.
I had a Mini VOX already that was paired no problem. I did notice the software on this latest VOX has the ads in the guide. That’s the only difference I notice between my original and replacement A95 Mini VOXs.
Any ideas? I wonder if it’s just worth picking up an old A93 Mini.

My last Mini VOX worked fine with this same Slide Remote Pro. What gives?
Are you absolutely sure that it was a Mini Vox and the Slide Pro was operating with it in RF mode? My understanding is that simply isn't possible. Someone else please chime in here if I am mistaken.My last Mini VOX worked fine with this same Slide Remote Pro. What gives?
Yes, sure. Same remote was working via RF with the mini vox TiVo sent me a few months back.
I think a software update broke it. Mine is flakey but worked for ages on E3 and E4 then trouble.
