you really should do a force update when there are changes and not rely on the "once a day" update (since you seem to post about these "last minute changes" a lot). My Roamio did not have the baseball game in there until I did a force update around noon central time.I should mention my Roamio says it recorded the episode, along with "Bob's Burgers" (I was manually recording for some reason) and "Family Guy". In every case it was baseball.
In recent years, it would air on the next-to-last Sunday in October, with World Series Game 5 scheduled for the following Sunday (as it is this year). The last time a Treehouse of Horror episode premiered in November was in 2010, when Fox would show multiple rounds of the baseball playoffs on a regular basis. Before this year, the last time Fox aired a non-World Series baseball game on a Sunday night was in 2013.It was always their practice to delay this until after baseball.
That's what I have, too. The Bob's Burgers episode for that date also appears to be a Halloween episode, FWIW.Mine says treehouse of horror xxxi for 11/1
Same here, but at first it was the episode that would have aired if Treehouse XXXI was already shown as planned. Same for the rest of the animation lineup. I have FIOS, which also did not record the episodes when it was originally scheduled because the guide data was updated for the ballgame.Mine says treehouse of horror xxxi for 11/1
FOX (1987)I think this is the only show that I have consistently watched for 31 years. Well, actually longer as, before this show, they had short pieces on Tracey Ullman's show on HBO back in the day which I also watched.
