Does the Bolt have a signal strength meter for the OTA signal? I know that I need to "fine tune" my antenna position slightly and am hoping that it does have such a meter to help me do so.

But searching around the menu structure, if there is one, I'm not having any luck finding it.

Are you running TE3 (20.*) or TE4 (21.*) software version?

Check the following from TiVo Central / Home screens:

Settings & Messages > Channel Settings > Cable Signal Strength

... or ...

MENU > CHANNEL SETTINGS > SIGNAL STRENGTH

Found it and it does seem to be working.

It sort of works, but I see Peak still stuck at zero.
