Saw a show that was on, and hit record. Came back 6 hours later, and it was still recording. I did everything to try and stop it. Clear from the playlist. Stop, Delete, nothing worked. So I did a restart and that seemed to fix it.
This was on my TivoHD.

I had the extact thing happen to me last week. My unit is a S2DT running 9.1

I reported the exact same problem in the 9.1 bugs thread in the community forum. I managed to stop the recording by going to live tv, changing channels, and selecting the stop recording option presented in the pop-up.
