Service cost to replace Humax DVD unit with new TiVo HD?

Hello All,
I am a long time user with a S3, a Series 2, and a Humax DVD Unit that died. I found a TiVo HD XL at Best Buy on Clearance for $199 and a standard HD for $169. I have lifetime on my current S3 and am paying $6.95 per month for the other two units. How much will I have to pay for service if I buy one of these new HDs from Best Buy? I plan to retire the Humax unit.

You can simply login to your tivo.com account, then choose 'Change Service number' and choose the one you are replacing. However, you cannot use this method to change any service with lifetime on it. Your service charges should remain the same.
Be sure you are not buying the Premiere, as there are separate price plans as much as 19.95 a month.

It should be either monthly at $9.95 / month (or 99 / year) or PLS at $300.

My understanding is only Premiere units at the subsidized price (99) require the $19.95 / month service.
