Service connection issue?

My network still seems to be up fine, but both Tivos (connected to the same switch, which are doing the same blinking as usual) have the C133 error.

Is their end down?

Same here - two Bolts and two minis in Chicago. Stalls out getting account status and eventually fails a service connection.

Funny part is their service status page doesn’t exist anymore either

Same in KY....connection failure for last hour.

My service connection is fine here in San Diego, but none of the apps are working (getting errors V315 and V338) and many of the show images (on TE4) aren’t showing up.

If you tried a manual connection now it'd probably fail, the images not working show it's lost it's live background service connection. (Not sure if that's how te4 works, though)

Same issue here on TE4 Bolt+. My internet connection and speed are normal. I have tested the network connection on Bolt and also tried connecting to TiVo service and it has failed both times.

Good, I just also tweeted to tivosupport, which I realize probably will do no good. I'm just glad it's not "just me".
(Geez, I wish Apple had invented all networking.. it wouldn't just fail with random error messages, not knowing if it is my end or the other end.. or literally a hardware issue, etc...)
I can't even log into the tivo app right now.

Same here in TX. Internet is fine, but repeated C113 error on both boxes. Rebooting everything, switching from ethernet to wifi -- nothing worked. Forced connection fails at configuring every time. Started after a thunderstorm, so I thought that was the cause. Glad it isn't just me!
and the error message says go to status.tivo.com, which gives a 404!!!

So I also used the customer support contact to tell them the service is down.

that's exactly how te4 works and yes te4 boxes are affected
i picked a bad time to set up my tivo, as its stuck in the guided setup loop until this connection issue is fixed
