Seriously? They expect you to wait around for them for 12 hours??!! :eek: I would certainly talk to a TWC supervisor about that.

Isn't there some sort of federal law that requires companies to give a four hour (or less) timeframe for services and deliveries?! 12 hours? That's shameful! :mad:

A 12 hour window is awful. Anyone else dealing with that kind of service level.
At some point the will have competition...then they'll wonder why so many people will be canceling their service. Shameful. :(
