Very occasionally when I am fast forwarding through a show I notice that Tivo has jumped a few minutes (I am not using the jump to tick mark feature). I back up and do it again and it is OK. This happens maybe once a week that I notice.
Tivo is Series 2 at latest firmware.

You are not the only one. There was another thread a while ago, but no solution.
