Series 2 Pioneer DVD
Every minute or so the screen freezes for a couple of seconds and then continues. This happens on both live TV and when watching a recording. But it only happens on one channel: 23 (MSNBC). All other channels display fine whether on live TV or from a recording.

Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

MSNBC and CNBC come from the same satellite. When watching live, switch and see if CNBC has the same problem.
