Series 2 HD - Channel Changing Issue

Hi-

I just powered up my new Tivo Series 2 HD and am using one multi-stream cable card.
When I change channels there is a 2 second delay and a grey screen between channels. Anything to fix this?

Other issue is that moving through the now playing list and setting up recordings, the change is not smooth like my last Tivo. Seems to stutter a little. Any advice?
