Did a kick start 57.

After it complete I tried to get data from TiVo. It completed connecting and downloading. The last time I checked it was loading data and past the 80% mark. Sometime after that it failed with an S03.

Checked it with kmttg. It says: 915GB used 0GB free. Could that be causing the S03?

S03 error means there is way to much data to remove before it times out and it only clears them out after each Tivo Service connection. It takes a long time to clear out and each time, it can proceed a little further..

Is there anyway to find out how far it go on each connection without sitting there and watching it?
BTW,
Freed up 22GB and retried -- still got S03.
Restarted TiVo and tried again -- still got S03

You can tell the progression when you do another Tivo Service connection and watch it as it gets it done.

If after a few days, it hasn't progressed any further, you could get an image to the whole drive. That would mean wiping everything.
