I can help you. I have an image from a TCD540 that I made with WinMFS (a Windows mfs tools program). The program is available from mfslive.org for free.
The file is pretty big, so I use the DropSend service to send big files. They use links in emails to transfer files. So I'll need your email address. Send me a Private Message (PM) with your email and which model of TiVo you need the image.
