I know the series 1 Tivo has been put out to pasture, but does anyone know what the remote code for an Insignia TV might be? Been going nuts trying to find this.

I tried 0091 and all of the Mitsubishi codes for my new 24" Insignia on my Series 1 remote. I couldn't get any to work. Which code did you get to work?

There are some insignia Tv's that don't use the admiral/Emerson 0091 code or the Mitisubishi codes. Give the Philips codes a try.

The only universal remotes with a code listed for Insignia tv are the URC R5 & R7, that code doesn't match any codes in the tivo remote or the latest OFA universal remotes.
