I can't recall how to select a new cable lineup. TW changed it on me with no warning. Do I re-run guided setup? If I do this, do I lose my season passes? It's been a while since I did this, but last time I did it, I don't recall losing anything. But I am not 100% is I did re-run guided setup or if there was something different to do.

Yup. Guided setup. Your SP list and everything else will remain as-is. Guided Setup is a possibility, but unless TiVo has created updated lineup listings equivalent to the changes your cable company has made, you may be out of luck until they do so.

Yeah.. I'll have to see what shows up. i *THINK* I will be OK, as it appears TW moved me to a lineup they already had. (I moved from the MDU lineup to a non-mdu lineup)
