I'd like to send internet stream from Android to Tivo/TV to watch as I once did when Opera was one of the apps on my Bolt 500. The app from Opera allowed me to interface with tvcast app to a news or other site & feed the TV through the Tivo.
That function is now gone with Opera ... is a method to do it now?

You do know that Vewd is a renamed Opera? I never used that app, but I still use NWS on Vewd.

That NWS is no longer in the APPs in VEWD for me to use. manually i went through all of them without seeing it. Know any other method?

Assuming this is NO longer possible with your Tivo (& if that's the case, it's probably gone for good!) are you aware you very can easily do this with Roku's? I do it all the time with my Samsung tablet & phones.

I also have one of these devices that I also take with me when I travel, the Microsoft Wireless Display stick. It works with most any Android device, as well as with most Windows laptops. Another main benefit, is that you do NOT have to have ANY Wi-Fi or internet service to use this stick whatsoever, just need a standard HDMI port on the TV, as well as a USB port to power the stick. (I also have a cheap 5V USB AC adapter, for the rare occasion a TV does NOT have a USB port )

Thank you but would rather use Tivo to make it easier for the wife to bring up. Meanwhile, I’ve since gotten to the app owners at vewd requesting a restoration or other solution. They quickly responded that they will look into it. I’ll report back when they advise, either way.

SOLUTION: The WEVD people restored the TVCAST app. to my selection & it works as I said it did again. To them I say thanks & recommend you try that app on WEVD & access by Android or Apple through the TVCAST app for Samsung or VEWD.
