I was going to ask this question in the eBay forum but the posts all seem to be ads / links to the eBay posting.

I am basically looking to sell a Roamio Pro (6 tuners and 3TB) with lifetime service, but I’m wondering what’s the best way to box and ship it. On eBay I usually like to use fixed rate priority so I don’t get screwed on shipping if the buyer lives in California. I don’t have the original box and it was just a brown box as I got it as a refurbished unit from TiVo originally.

Use a service like pirateship, or just ship from ebay which has the same USPS discounted rates.

Set it as the buyer pays, with final cost determined by where they are from.
