I want to sell my Premiere XL4.
I cant seem to find how to clear to factory settings, and if I do this, will the lifetime sub it has still be intact?
Also, I see when I go to the Netflix app, it doesnt auto log in, but it DOES show my email on the log in screen. Not sure how to delete that and "reset" the app. Would that be taken care of if I can find how to clear to factory settings?

Thanks for any help.

EDIT - ok I found the restart/reset menus. Lets see what this gets me. ;)

Well, the Cleaning and Deleting Everything function seems to have bricked the unit. It sat on the "please wait till you see the welcome screen" all night, and this morning I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it booted and went back to that screen.
Any advice?

I tried a few of the codes, and the lights indicate it accepts them, but it just gets back to the "C&DE" screen that it is stuck on. Ive tried it a few times.

Shame, its got a lifetime and had zero problems till I did the "C&DE". Im considering just junking it now. Not sure what else to do. That site has a troubleshooting page, but nothing for this problem.
I will try to chat with Tivo Support and then give up.

Thanks guys! Just yesterday I finally called Tivo and they had me do a kickstarter code - but one I didnt try (I tried a few of them, and they did nothing but they were accepted). They had me do the 57 one (Media File System (MFS) check) and after 3 hours of it repairing, it booted and is ready for someone to re-establish. (cleared)
