The answer to 1 and 2 is sorta yes. I say sorta because TiVo doesn't always have a streaming show in its data base or all of the episodes. But if it does, yes, you can delete it after you watch it so you can keep tract of the next ep to watch.I am finally fed up with Comcast after they dropped TCM from the 200+ channel package. They moved it to the Sports Package and want me to pay an extra $9.99 to get TCM.
Enough is enough.
There are a number of Network shows we like to watch and I am reluctant to drop Comcast because we would miss those shows. I also like the convenience of my Tivo recording new episodes and displaying them in My Shows. That way to do not have to remember which episodes I have not watched. I have been a TIVO user all the way back to my Humax.
I own the newer TiVo Bolt now and I currently have NetFlix and Amazon Prime. I have been debating about getting Hulu (live).
OTA is not a viable option where I live.
So here is my question.
1. Will Tivo pick up shows I want to "record" from all the streaming services I have check marked and have a log in? and then display them in My Shows?
2. If #1 is a yes, after I watch an epidode, can I delete it from My Shows so it doesn't show as pending?
3. When browsing any of the Streaming services, is there any way to flag a show or series to record without going back into Tivo and searching to set a season pass?
4. Has anyone discovered any shows not available on a streaming service?
Are my questions making sense?

Pretty sure he means he wants the shows book marked so he can quickly start streaming them and keep track of what he hasn't watched yet.The answer to all these questions is no. Tivo doesn't record from any streaming services. The season passes are just bookmarks to the video. Searching for shows on streaming services vs. Tivo is not as robust and results vary.
Hulu live is not available on Tivo.

Unfortunately you can't count on that. I've had the delete status of streaming shows reset for no obvious reason.
