I used an S2 tivo for a couple of years, and am now using a new HD tivo. I thought I remembered when you set up a season pass, you didn't need to specify a specific channel - did I misremember? Maybe that was the cableco DVR? If so, it's kind of annoying to have to set up two season passes for the same show; one on SCI-FI and the other on FOX...

Season Passes are channel specific, however you can setup a wishlist and that will grab the show regardless of channel.

SP's are channel specific and have always been that way.

One thing I noticed is that the FOX SP for stargate atlantis is showing upcoming episodes from channel 8 *and* the HD version of FOX. Hmmm. I think I need to play with this some more...

When you "View Upcoming Episodes" it shows you all channels that carry the program. That's so you could select another channel if you want. Notice the check marks next to the entries.
