Screen freezes during transfer from Series 3 to Premiere

Located in Cleveland with Time Warner and cable cards.

Have a Series3 which I am attempting to transfer to a Premiere.

Twice now in 2 days the Tivo freezes while doing this. All I get is the blank Tivo screen.

Any idea on what's going on and/or steps to resolve the issue? I would like to be able to use the transfer feature again.

Please let me know. Thanks.

Reboot both Tivos.
