S3 vs THD - Any difference in ATSC tuner sensitivity?

I am so anti-cable that it hurts. All my HD viewing is done via my Samsung H260F STB connected to an antenna in my attic. I'm pretty far from the transmitters, so I need a good quality ATSC tuner to reliably pull in all my locals. The Samsung is one of the best in this regard.

I am considering picking up a Tivo to handle OTA HD recording. I'm looking at both the S3 and THD since they are close in price now. Has anyone done testing or analysis of the ATSC tuner capability in either of these boxes? How do they stack up against standalone tuners in terms of handling multipath, sensitivity, etc.? Are there any known differences between the ATSC tuner components in the S3 and THD?

I have the Samsung H260F STB and the tivo hd. I think the tivo hd works better.

I can't compare the S3 to other OTA STB's other than to say what I said about a year ago: The S3 has a kick-a** OTA tuner, much better than the two D* STB's with OTA capability that I've had or the two PC cards that I ran in XP MCE.
