I tried to connect to my Tivo via my network (network and Tivo are communicating). I'm running Tivo desktop 2.5. When I try to connect to download a movie a get a message saying "Access is Denied". I went to my account and it says enable video downloads/ON, Allow Transfer N/A. Am I doing something wrong? Help

The only thing you are doing wrong is not waiting until November. That is when the feature is expected to be activated on Series 3 boxes. There are many threads on the subject in this forum and in the Coffee House forum. Please read them for all the details.
